Regan’s journey began with Mike Phillips Watercraft, where he spent years honing his skills and supporting countless riders — playing a key role in helping Christchurch racers claim multiple New Zealand titles.

Beyond watercraft, Regan is a qualified auto electrician with over 14 years’ experience across automotive and marine systems. From complete vehicle rewires to fault-finding on tricky electrical systems, his expertise covers everything mechanical and electrical — on land or water.

RMB is a true family-run operation. Regan’s wife, Chelsea, has been around Jetskis her whole life and plays a key role behind the scenes, often helping out in the office. Jetskiing runs in the family — with four young kids growing up in and around the sport, RMB is proudly built on a foundation of family, passion, and performance.
